IT is submITted that during the pendency of the wrIT petITion, NCVT has granted recognITion for the trades of Electrician and Mechanic Motor Vehicle after verification of space available in the instITution. The petITioner submITs that the discrepancies pointed out qua trade of Welder have also been removed and the NCVT may be directed to conduct inspection of the instITution.
