(1.) Pcs representing the applicant present and filed a memo to withdraw the petition. Representative of the Official Liquidator present and stated that they had appointed a Chartered Accountant for the purpose of auditing the affairs of the first transferor company. PCS representing the applicant is directed to pay Rs.50,000/- towards the fees for the Chartered Accountant. Heard and perused the memo. The prayer is admitted. Hence, the matter is closed as withdrawn.
