IN RE Vs. BAAZAR RETAIL LIMITED

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The object of this petition is to obtain sanction of this Tribunal to a Scheme of Arrangement between Baazar Retail Limited, Metro Retail Private Limited, Upside Ventures Private Limited, Ohio Properties Private Limited and Greenland Commodities Private Limited and their respective shareholders.

(2.) A copy of the Scheme of Arrangement is annexed with the Petition and marked letter "A".

(3.) The Board of Directors of each Company is of the opinion that the proposed restructuring would benefit their shareholders, creditors, employees and all these companies and the general public.
