The Petitioner Companies filed the Present Company Petition under Section 230/232 of Companies Act, 2013 seeking prayer for the sanction of the Proposed Company Scheme of Amalgamation between MKU ARMORS PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as Transferor Company/ with MKU LIMITED (Transferee Company/

(2.) It is submitted that the Proposed Company Scheme of Amalgamation has earlier been approved by the respective Board of Directors of the Companies in its meeting held on 10.11.2016 and EOGM dated 16.01.2017

(3.) The Appointed Date as fixed for the Proposed Company Scheme of Amalgamation is lsl April, 2016.
