JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the last date of hearing, one last opportunity was given to consider the proposal made by the Corporate Debtor to the Financial Creditor. However, we have been apprised that the aforesaid proposal has now been revised as per the wishes of Financial Creditor and it is again under consideration.

(2.) In view of the above, we still grant another opportunity by making it clear that no further adjournment shall be granted and the matter shall be heard on merits. List the matter on 18th January, 2018.
