JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the application moved by the Interim Resolution Professional for extension of CIRP period for 90 more days basing on the resolution passed by the COCs on 31.10.2017, this Bench hereby extends the CIRP period for another 90 days with effect from 19.12.2017. Accordingly, the MA No.609/2017 is hereby allowed.
