JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Petitioner Company Merlin Hydraulics Private Limited has filed the present Petition under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 with a prayer for issuance of directions to the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka to restore the name of the Petitioner Company in the Register of Companies and to pass such order as deems fit in the circumstances of the case.
