JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application filed under Sec. 12(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by the Ld. Resolution Professional (RP) for extension of period of submission of resolution plan beyond 90 days already extended in this case. Therefore, this application is not maintainable.

(2.) Moreover, resolution plan has been submitted by the Ld. R.P. and, therefore, this application requires no consideration. Hence, it is liable to be dismissed.

(3.) In the result, the application is dismissed. No order as to costs.
