JUDGEMENT

(1.) Representative for Applicant present. No representation on behalf of RoC. However, the objections have been filed by the Counsel for the RoC.

(2.) It is on record that the Company has been incorporated during 2012 and the balance sheet and annual return were filed for one year.

(3.) Thereafter, no balance sheets or annual returns have been filed till date. The RoC has struck off the name of the company from the register of companies during 2016 for non-filing the annual returns and balance sheets.
