(1.) Counsel for both the parties present. Counsel for the Petitioner produced an Order dated 29.12.2017 passed by the NCLT, Chennai Bench, wherein the Corporate Debtor has been put under CIR process, moratorium is declared, and RP is appointed. In view of the Order dated 29.12.2017, the Petitioner is directed to file the claim before the IRP. Accordingly, the Application stands disposed of.
