JUDGEMENT

(1.) In pursuance of directions issued by order dated 12.12.2017, a copy of the master data and the registration certificate of the IRP have been filed.

(2.) Learned Counsel for the respondent states that reply shall be filed within a week with a copy in advance to the Counsel for the petitioner.

(3.) Rejoinder, if any, be filed within 5 days thereafter with a copy in advance to the Counsel opposite.
