JUDGEMENT

(1.) A mention has been made before this Bench, by the Authorised Representative for the Applicant Company vide Letter dated 01.02.2018. seeking permission of this Bench for replacement of Chartered Accountant appointed by this Bench to assist Official Liquidator vide an order dated 23.11.2017 in CSA 998/230-232NCLT/MB/MAH/20I7, on the ground that, the Applicant Company is unable to contact the said Appointed Chartered Accountant.

(2.) Allowed. Accordingly, in Para 23 of the said order name of Chartered Accountant is replaced as "Ms. Mittal & Associates, Tel. 09820198299 / 022-66345505. oni'tj mittal-associates.conv' in place of "M/s. Sabir & Co."

(3.) Rest of the order remains unaltered.
