(1.) Ld. Counsel for the operational creditor is present. No one is present from the corporate debtor's side. Petitioner has filed this petition u/s. 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. As per directions of the Hon'ble NCLAT in Innoventive Industries case notice of admission on the corporate debtor is to be served. Court Officer is directed to issue notice of admission to the corporate debtor and hand over the same to the petitioner for effective service on the corporate debtor. Petitioner is to serve the notice of admission on the corporate debtor and file affidavit of service within 7 days from today. List it on 19/01/2018 for admission.
