(1.) Representative for the Applicant present. Counsel for RoC present. Counsel for RoC has no objection in case the application is allowed. It has been submitted that the Applicant has caused one day delay in filing the affidavit in relation to the order passed in CP/69/2017 dated 27.09.2017.

(2.) The Application is accepted. Delay in filing affidavit is condoned. The concerned RoC is directed to take the affidavit on record and to proceed in the matter in accordance with law to make compliance with the order dated 27.09.2017. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
