JUDGEMENT

(1.) Representative for the Applicant present. Counsel for RoC present. It has been submitted that the Company has been doing the business pertaining to the online tuition. But, has not filed the Balance Sheet and Annual Return since its incorporation. It appears that the Company is not carrying on any business since its incorporation i.e. from 04.04.2011 onwards and has not filed the required documents and the name has been struck off. The Company is a shell company and does not deserve to be restored to the Register of Companies. Therefore, the petition stands rejected.
