(1.) The Company Application bearing CA.No.l/14/HDB/2017 is filed by Diamond Avenues Limited (hereinafter referred to as 'the Petitioner Company') under Section 14(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 by inter-alia seeking the following reliefs:-
