JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Respondent Company admits the claim of the Petitioner.

(2.) The Respondent has agreed to pay and the Petitioner has agreed to accept, a sum of Rs.38.50.000/- (Rupees Thirty Eight Lakhs and Fifty Thousand Only) in lumpsum, towards full and final settlement of the claims including dues towards Saptasatij Metatech Pvt.Ltd..Saptasatij Industries Pvt.Ltd.,Amba Enterprises Jnter-alia between both the parties.
