JUDGEMENT

(1.) Representative for the Applicant present. Counsel for RoC present. Heard both the sides. The Company has not filed the Annual Returns and Balance Sheets for the years 2014 to 2017 due to which the name of the Company was struck off from the Register of the Companies under 248(5) of the Companies Act, 2013.

(2.) As seen from the record, the Applicant has made out a cause for restoration of the name of the Company in the Register of Companies. Accordingly, the concerned Registrar of Companies is directed to restore the name of the Company to the Register of Companies.

(3.) The Applicant is directed to file all the pending documents within the time to be provided by the RoC. The Applicant is also directed to pay fine to the tune of Rs. 10,000/- to the RoC for the purpose of expenses to be incurred for restoration of the name of the Company to the Register of Companies.
