JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Bhatt, learned Counsel for the Financial Creditor-applicant has stated that the proposal made by the Corporate Debtor has been accepted.

(2.) In that regard, he has placed on record a communication sent by Shri H.K. Harish, AGM, Bank of India, New Delhi Large Corporate Branch, 10th Floor, Chanderlok Building, Opposite Hotel Imperial. The aforesaid communication is taken on record as Mark 'A'.

(3.) On that basis, Mr. Bhatt, learned Counsel for the Financial Creditor-applicant applies for withdrawal of the application.
