JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for Petitioner present and filed an Application under section 7' of the IBC, 2016. Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Corporate Debtor has been served postal receipt, track delivery report along with an affidavit are placed on record. However, keeping in view the principles of natural justice, the Registry is directed to issue notice to the Corporate Debtor for his presence on next date of hearing.

(2.) The Petitioner is also directed to issue private notice to the Corporate Debtor and file proof of service. Put up on 19.01.2018 at 10.30 A.M.
