JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the respondent states that reply shall be filed within 10 days with a copy in advance to the Counsel for the applicant.

(2.) Rejoinder, if any, be filed within 5 days thereafter with a copy in advance to the Counsel opposite. Learned Counsel for the respondent has also stated that the respondents may explore the possibility to settle the matter by amicable talks. Talks for amicable settlement may be undertaken but shall not constitute the basis for non-filing of reply and rejoinder.

(3.) List the matter on 318t January, 2018.
