The present Company Application bearing CA NO.22/252/HDB/2018 is filed by Biyyala Dayakar Rao and 01 Another under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013, Read with National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 and Read with Rule - 87A of the National Company Law Tribunal (Amendment) Rules, 2017 by inter-alia seeking to set aside the order of the Respondent-2 with regard to striking off the name of the Respondent No. 1 Company from the register of companies; restoring name of the Respondent No. 1 Company etc.
