JUDGEMENT

(1.) Representative for Applicant present. Counsel for RoC also present. Representative for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant Company has been struck off and for last 8 years no business was carried on by the Company. The object of the Company was to cultivate the agricultural lands. The intention is to sell some of the lands. Therefore, there is no plausible reason for revival of the Company. The Applicant can explore the possibilities of winding up the Company. Accordingly, the Application stands rejected.
