JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Petitioner Company Varija Roadways Private Limited has filed the present Petition under Section 252(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 with a prayer for issuance of directions to the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka to restore the name of the Petitioner Company in the Register of Companies and to pass such order as deems fit in the circumstances of the case.

(2.) The averments made in the Company Petition are briefly described hereunder:-

The main objects of the Company is to carry on the business of public carriers, transporters and carriers of goods, merchandise, commodities and other products, luggage of all kinds and of all description in any part of India and/or abroad on land, water and air by any convenience whatsoever; to acquire permits for plying lorries, buses, cars, boats and steamers with a view to run buses, lorries, cars, boats and steamers or to provide such other services as the case may be on any routes in India and/or abroad etc., Details of the objects of the Company are mentioned in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Petitioner Company.
