JUDGEMENT

(1.) C.A. No. Q3(PB) /2018 Learned counsel for the applicant states that there is an amicable settlement and application for leave to withdraw the petition be granted.

(2.) In view of the statement made by the learned counsel and also in the application, we permit the withdrawal of the petition as per the mandate of Rule 8 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016.

(3.) Consequently, the application is disposed off and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
