JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Company Petition bearing CP (IB) No.264/7/HDB/2017 is filed by Mrs. Smitha Yalamanchili against Siri Media Private Limited, under section 7 of the IBC, 2016 R/w Rule 4 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016, by inter-alia seeking to initiate CIRP in respect of Sin" Media Private Limited.
