JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that dasti notices could not be served as the officer of the company was not readily available. Notices were issued on 20.12.2017.

(2.) These are time bound proceedings. We grant further time to serve the respondents for 30th January, 2018. However, the same shall be subject to payment of Rs. 10,000/- as cost.

(3.) This should be deposited in the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund.
