(2.) An Order of the Hon'ble High Court in Company Petition No.252 of 2015 dated 13.04.2017 is on record. According to the said Order the Respondent Debtor viz. Accura Infotech Private Limited is one of the parties against whom an Official Liquidator has been appointed by the Hon'ble High Court.

(3.) Since the Liquidation proceedings are already in progress in respect of the Respondent Debtor of the present Petitioner, therefore, the Petitioner Creditor can lodge a claim before the appointed Official Liquidator. As a result, the Petition being transferred from the Hon'ble High Court has become redundant.
