It is represented by the Id counsel for the respondent that as directed by the Hon'ble Principal Bench on 5.09.2017 a reply has been filed however it is said by the Id. counsel for the petitioner that a copy of the reply through an email was received only yesterday and he seeks some more time to file Re-joinder.
