JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Company Petition bearing C.P.(lB) .No. 123/9/1TDB/2017 is filed by M/s.Bharatiya Roadlines Private Limited u/s 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 under Rule 6 of the I&B (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016 by seeking to initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process against M/s.Ramky Infrastructure Limited under IBC, 2016.
