JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner is present and brings to the notice of this Tribunal that vide Order dated 16.11.2017 passed by the Hon'ble New Delhi Bench No.II, NCLT, Corporate Insolvency Process has been initiated against Ashoka Multiyarn Mills Limited.

(2.) In view of the said order, the petitioner is granted liberty to file the claim before the Learned Insolvency Resolution Professional as appointed vide the aforesaid Order of Bench-ll and in view of the same, this petition remains closed.
