JUDGEMENT

(1.) As the issue raised in this Petition on facts and law is similar to C.P. No. (IB)-64(PB)/2017- Titled 'Macquarie Bank Ltd. v. Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd., therefore, this Petition is also disposed of in the same terms. However, it is made clear that insolvency process would be deemed to be issued in the aforesaid Petition No. (IB)-64(PB)/2017 as one process is required to be issued for Insolvency Resolution.
