(3.) Rp filed this application under section 12 of the Code to extend the period of CIRP beyond 180 days for a period of 90 days. It is stated that period of 180 days is going to be completed by 19.11.2017. It is further stated that COC in its meeting held on 13.10.2017 resolved to seek extension of time for completion of CIRP and authorised RP to file this application.
