JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Company Application bearing CA No.101/156/HDB/2017 is filed by M/s. Radiant Shoes Limited against Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad, U/s. 156,157 and 158 R/w 159, 168 R/w 172, 173 and 174 of the Companies Act, 2013, by inter-alfa seeking the following reliefs:

(2.) Heard Mrs. N. Swarupa Rani, learned counsel for the Applicant, the Company Application is listed for admission on 28.08.2017, 07.09.2017, 10.10.2017, 06.11.2017, 10.11.2017 and today. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Application is not found to be in order, and there are some inadvertent errors in pleadings and needs to be corrected and instead of correcting several mistakes, she wants permission to withdraw the Application, with a liberty to file afresh. Accordingly, the Applicant filed a Memo dated 13.11.2017 by seeking to withdraw the present Company Application with liberty to file a fresh Company Application. Ik Hence, the Company Application No.101/156/DB/2017 is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the applicant to file fresh application duly complying the provisions of law.
