(2.) On the application moved by the Petitioner Counsel for change of date for holding shareholders' meeting, this Bench hereby changes the date of shareholders' meeting date from 03.10.2017 to 28.10.2017 with a direction to give notices to all the stakeholders as given before.

(3.) Accordingly, application is allowed.
