JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for petitioner is present. Perused the office note. The petitioner has also informed that all the objections raised by the Registry have been complied. As seen from the record, already the respondent debtor was served notice as ordered by this Tribunal and he was set ex-parte on 03.07.2017. Therefore, there is no need to order any notice to the respondent debtor. Now the matter is coming up for appointment of IRP. Counsel reported that the Tribunal may address a letter to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for appointment of IRP in this case. Registry is directed to address a letter to the Board for appointment of IRP. List it on 23.10.2017.
