JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Company Petition is filed under Section 14(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 for conversion of Petitioner Company which is an unlisted Public Limited Company into a Private Limited Company.

The Registered Office of the Petitioner Company is situated at Global Village IT Park, DRC Building Ground Floor, Mylasandra Village, RVCE Post, Bangalore-560059.
