Cp No. 31/I&BP/NCLT/MB/MAH/2017 For Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India confirmed the name of Mr. Abhay Narayan Manudhane as Insolvency Resolution Professional basing on the resolution passed by Committee of Creditors on 28.4.2017, this Bench hereby appoints Mr. Abhay Narayan Manudhane as an Insolvency Resolution Professional in the place of Mr. Devendra Singh.
