(1.) This is an Application by Operational Creditor invoking Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

(2.) The matter has been called twice and no one has appeared in support of the Petition despite the fact that in the letter of request, hearing was sought as on today.

(3.) In view of the above, the Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
