JUDGEMENT

(1.) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks and permitted to withdraw the instant petition because the notice of demand under Section 8 of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (for short 'I&B Code') was sent by the petitioner's counsel without specific authority under the I&B Code, 2016, with liberty to file the fresh petition on the same cause of action. Therefore, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
