JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is present. It appears from the record that petitioner has not mentioned in the application under which section he has moved the application.

(2.) It is on record that the petitioner has filed this application as an operational creditor. He has not complied with the provisions of Section 9(3) (b) and (c) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

(3.) Petitioner is directed to file the requisite documents as per provisions of Section 9(3) (b) and (c) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 along with the amended copy of the petition within 15 days from today. List the matter on 24/11/2017.
