JUDGEMENT

(1.) Ld. Counsels for the operational creditor and the corporate debtor are present. It appears from the record that the operational creditor has not complied with the provisions of Section 9(3) (b) & (c) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

(2.) Petitioner is directed to comply with the above provisions and cure the defects within 7 days from today.

(3.) Ld. Counsel for the corporate debtor has not filed Vakalatnama but he informed that he undertakes to file Vakalatnama in the Office today.
