(1.) In view of the Insolvency Resolution Professional having been appointed and the insolvency resolution process initiated against the respondents-company vide order dated 29.09.2017 in CP (IB) NO. 67/ Chd/Pb/2017 Allahabad Bank Versus Supreme Tex Mart Ltd. the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks and is permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file fresh petition, if so advised at appropriate stage.
