JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Counsel for the petitioner applies for withdrawal of the Company Application No. (IB) -153(PB) /2017. It is further stated that the respondent is a solvent company.

(2.) The petition is at a pre-admission stage. In view of above and in the face of no objection having been raised by the other side, we accept the prayer made in the application for withdrawal.

(3.) Accordingly, the Company Petition no. (IB) -153(PB) /2017 is dismissed as withdrawn.
