JUDGEMENT

(1.) On the last date of hearing, i.e. on 05.05.2017, the matter was called twice and no one had put in appearance on behalf of the Petitioner.

(2.) The situation has not improved. Even today, the matter was called in the first half and then in the post lunch session. Again no one has put in appearance in support of the Petition.

(3.) Accordingly, the Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
