JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed by the Petitioner Company under section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013 with a prayer to permit the company which is a subsidiary of body corporate registered outside India to follow first financial year commencing from 20 January 2017 and ending on 30 June 2017 and subsequent financial year commencing from 1st day of July every year and ending on 30th June of subsequent year for consolidation of its accounts outside India with its Holding Company.

The Petitioner Company is a Private Limited Company, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 on 20th January 2017 under the name and style of "LuxuryEscapes Travel Private Limited" vide CIN No. U74999KA2017FTC099359 and the Registered Office of the Company is situated at 1391/16/1 Shree Arcade 2nd Floor, 19th Main, 4th Sector HSR Layout, Bangalore-560102.
