From the pleadings, it is not clear that the collateral/ equitable securities created by the petitioner in favour of the Financial Creditor are in exclusive possession of the petitioners and the petitioner is prepared to surrender their possession to the Financial Creditor, Let an affidavit, to that effect, be filed within a week.
