JUDGEMENT

(1.) This matter was received on transfer from Hon'ble High Court of Delhi pursuant to notification no. G.S.R. 1119 (E) & S.O 3676 (E) dated 7th December, 2016 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

(2.) The matter has also been taken up on 25.4.2017, 11.5.2017, 17.5.2017, 24.5.2017 & 5.7.2017. Compliance affidavit has yet not been filed.

(3.) The counsel for the petitioner is directed to file compliance affidavit in terms of notification No. G.S.R 1119 (E) dated 7.12.2016 and affidavit of service under the relevant rule of Insolvency & Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016, within the time limit stipulated in the notification No. G.S.R 1119 (E) dated 7.12.2016, G.S.R 175 (E) dated 28.2.2017 and GSR 732 (E) dated 29.6.2017.
