JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel representing both the parties are present. Ms. Satyadevi Alamuri, FCS, Interim Resolution Professional, caused appearance and submitted that she has filed a report stating that after making the paper publication, no creditors have approached her.

(2.) Therefore, she contacted the applicant company for furnishing audited balance sheet which shows that there are two unsecured creditors.

(3.) Both the unsecured creditors are related parties to the Corporate Debtor and both of them have given two separate affidavits that they do not have any objection or any claim against the Corporate Debtor.
