JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the Operational Creditor present and submitted an application for execution of the order dated 27.07.2017 in CP/499/IB/2017.

(2.) As seen from the previous order, the Operational Creditor was directed to send a private notice to the Corporate Debtor, the notice had been sent and the same has been delivered. The affidavit along with the copy of the notice sent and track delivery report placed on record.

(3.) The Registry is directed to issue notice to the Corporate Debtor.
